Yes! Our system has optimized regular reminders for all influencers. Every influencer receives an initial notification that they have been accepted to your campaign, and will receive increasingly frequent reminders - automatically - as the deadline for their content approaches.
However, we do not recommend that you rely solely on these automated reminders, as influencers (of all experience levels, follower counts, and niches) are notorious for missing deadlines.
If you are shipping the influencer product directly but have not added shipping tracking information, our reminder messages will not send. This is because the deadline is dependent on the date the creator received the product. Make sure to keep all product shipping information up-to-date!
You have access to our Inbox chat feature, which lets you communicate directly with influencers. We recommend supplementing our platform's automatic reminders with personalized reminders of your own every 2-3 days. See our full Influencer Communications Template for more details.
You can access the Inbox three ways:
Click the "Chat" button next to the influencer's name to launch a conversation with that influencer:
In the influencer panel on the right, scroll to "Chat" and start a conversation:
