Key questions influencers ask, including the ETA on their content approval, the ETA on their payment, and more
Be on the lookout for these common questions from your influencer partners:
- "Why haven’t I been paid yet?"
If your influencer says they’ve met all the contract requirements but their status isn’t showing as “Complete” in the platform, then one of two main issues may be at play.- They may not have used correct hashtags and/or tagged your correct account handle. Please remind the influencer of these requirements and ask them to add them and/or re-share for stories.
- For in-feed requirements, they may not have posted the reel “in-feed” but only posted as a reel. Please remind the influencer of this requirement.
- "Can I get feedback on my content?"
This is a great question as it means the influencer is excited to work with you. Please go to the Accepted Influencers tab and click “Review Content” to see their content. You can provide feedback in that module which will be sent directly to the influencer. We recommend you respond to influencer content within 24 hours to avoid delays.
- “What’s the status of my shipment?”
You have the best insight into the status of shipments! Please share your expected ship date if you haven’t yet shipped, or reshare the tracking information if you have already shipped.
- “What’s my personalized code?”
You have the best insight into the status of their code. You can add this into the influencer pop-out window or right from the message module.
- “Are there any exclusivity requirements?”
You know best if you’ve added exclusivity requirements to your brief. If you did not spell it out in the campaign builder then there are no exclusivity requirements. You can also direct the influencer back to their signed contract for details on collaboration.
- “Who owns the rights to the content?”
Standard Lionize contracts give the brand perpetual, royalty-free content license and usage rights. You can direct them back to their signed contract and section 10 of the Influencer Agreement.
