Where can I update my billing information? Where do I find past invoices? Can you send me my invoice or a past invoice?
You can view/edit all the billing information by accessing the “Billing” tab in the platform. Once you are logged into your Lionize account, follow these steps to access the “Billing” tab:
Click your “icon/name” at the top right-hand corner.
Select “Billing”
You can change billing information under “Payment” by clicking “change” next to the Payment Method in blue.
You can also view and download invoice/receipt if you scroll down to the page under “Billing History”.
