Where can I update my billing information? Where do I find past invoices? Can you send me my invoice or a past invoice?

  1. You can view/edit all the billing information by accessing the “Billing” tab in the platform. Once you are logged into your Lionize account, follow these steps to access the “Billing” tab: 
    1. Click your “icon/name” at the top right-hand corner.
    2. Select “Billing”
    3. You can change billing information under “Payment” by clicking “change” next to the Payment Method in blue.
    4. You can also view and download invoice/receipt if you scroll down to the page under “Billing History”.
