Our new payment process designed to make influencer incentive management more seamless and efficient.
You’ll now have the ability to pre-fund your influencer incentive balance. This means you can submit a balance in advance to cover upcoming influencer payments. If an influencer doesn’t complete the campaign, their portion of the unused incentive will be automatically returned to your account for future use.
You can view and manage your Escrow Balance right at the top of your Lionize dashboard. Once funds are added, you’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt for your records.
A few important things to note:
- If your current balance doesn’t fully cover the incentives for the influencers you’d like to select, the platform will prompt you to add more funds before moving forward.
- This update also enables influencers to be paid up to two weeks faster, which has been one of their most requested improvements.
Faster payments not only support stronger creator relationships, but also help attract top-tier influencers who are more motivated to deliver high-quality content—ultimately driving better performance for your campaigns.
