What happens if an influencer doesn't respond? What is considered an appropriate timeline to wait for their response before removing them?

We recommend that you reach out to the influencer via our Inbox chat feature. If they do not respond there and you are very excited to work with them, then you can also reach out via their email address. You can find their address in Accepted Influencers Tab, in the Influencer Profile module in the right panel, under Contact and Address. 

While we recommend a response time of 1-2 weeks for the influencers, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Emergencies and multiple projects may occasionally cause delays.

If you have tried repeatedly and can't get a response from the influencer, at your request we can remove them from your campaign. The steps to do so are following: 

  1. Notify us via our Help Desk. Please include the @handle of the influencer and the campaign name they are in.
  2. We will remove that influencer from the campaign and add them to our cautionary list for all future campaigns
  3. If you have a limited number of influencer credits, we will refund back you 1 credit (1 credit= 1 influencer). Please note this should apply only to a limited number of clients who are grandfathered into our credits-included pricing. 
  4. We will add this influencer to our Cautionary List, which will not allow him to apply to any future campaigns with any clients.
