I got an email or DM from an influencer who says they haven’t been paid yet. What’s the hold up?

1. Delays may happen if influencer content has not been approved before posting or if tracking isn't correctly implemented post-publishing (e.g., incorrect tags or hashtags).
2. Delays may also arise if the influencer invoice is not settled by the client/brand.
3. Payment is issued within 30 business days (generally 2-3 weeks) of completion of requirements.
