How does Lionize recruitment work?

Lionize differs from other influencer recruitment platforms in that we don’t rely completely on a static database. 

For each new campaign, we launch a custom AI-driven recruitment campaign that sources all of instagram and/or tiktok for influencers matching your demographic criteria.

1. Lionize builds a custom email invitation using your campaign materials, and sends these daily to influencers who meet the criteria you include in the Campaign Builder. 
2. We have optimized and tested these emails to ensure email deliverability and to optimize submission rates. 
3. You can see on the Performance tab the status of those invitations including unique views of your application and number of submissions.

If you want to invite influencers directly to your campaign, there are two options: 

1. You can search for and invite influencers right in the Lionize platform. Use the "Find Influencer" tool under the Offer tab to search, filter, and invite influencers that meet your demographic criteria, including content category. 
2. 1. You can access the link to your campaign from the Performance Tab. At the top right, click on "invite influencers" and then select either the Instagram or TikTok campaign.
   2. You may then send the influencer the link to the campaign with your own personalized message.If you have already found an influencer (maybe a partner whom you've worked with in the past, or someone you found while scrolling social)  you can invite them directly to the campaign.
