If you've found you have use for more features than is available in your current package, you may upgrade to a higher level of service right within your app. If you need to cancel your subscription, you may follow these steps to change your package from your paid tier to our $0 monthly subscription tier: Lite.
- Navigate to the Billing page using the top right dropdown.
- Click on "Change" by the package type.
- This will let you compare and select from our current packages.
- You will be charged with the credit card that is on file.
- You will be charged for your current package for the portion of the billing cycle that is complete and the new, richer package for the remainder of your billing cycle.
