How to Grant Access to Facebook, Instagram, and Ads Manager for Boosting Content

To effectively manage and boost your content, our team requires access to your Facebook, Instagram, and Ads Manager account. This guide will walk you through the steps to grant us the necessary permissions so we can optimize your campaigns

Meta breaks out sharing permissions for your FaceBook page, Instagram page, and Ads Manager account. For us to boost content on your behalf, you will need to add Lionize as a Partner to all three.

Step 1: Log into Facebook Business Manager

• Navigate to the Facebook Business Manager Settings.
• Log in using your account credentials.

Step 2: Granting Lionize Access to your Facebook Page

• Once inside your Facebook Business Manager Settings, use the sidebar to navigate to "Pages" under "Accounts"

• Make sure you are on the desired page and click "Add Partner" and choose to assign partner using "Business ID"

• For Partner Business ID, enter the Lionize Partner Business ID supplied by a Lionize Client Success Team Member.
• Unless otherwise discussed with a Lionize Client Success Team Member, you only need to grant Lionize access to "Ads" and "Insights"

Step 3: Granting Lionize Access to your Instagram Account

• Use the sidebar to navigate to "Instagram accounts" under "Accounts"

• Make sure you are on the desired account and click "Add Partner"

• For Partner Business ID, enter the Lionize Partner Business ID supplied by a Lionize Client Success Team Member.
• Unless otherwise discussed with a Lionize Client Success Team Member, you only need to grant Lionize access to "Ads" and "Insights"

Step 4: Granting Lionize Access to your Ads Manager Account

• Use the sidebar to navigate to "Instagram accounts" under "Accounts"

• Make sure you are on the desired account and click "Add Partner"

• For Partner Business ID, enter the Lionize Partner Business ID supplied by a Lionize Client Success Team Member.
• Unless otherwise discussed with a Lionize Client Success Team Member, you need to grant Lionize Full Control. This will allow us to manage the entire boosting process on your behalf from launch to reporting.
