How do I access new influencer offers for my campaign?

  • You will receive an email notification indicating new influencer offers, which can be accessed via a link in the email or directly from the 'New Offers' section on the left-hand side of your Lionize dashboard.

What should I do after accessing the new offers page?

  • Review the list of influencers interested in partnering with your campaign. You can click on each influencer's handle to visit their social pages, assess their fit for your campaign, and use an influencer insight token for detailed audience demographics.

How do I decide which influencers to accept or reject?

  • After reviewing an influencer's social pages and audience demographics, use the green thumbs-up icon to accept them into your campaign or the red thumbs-down icon to reject them. This process is compared to adding products to your Lionize shopping cart.

What happens after I select 'I'm Done'?

  • Clicking 'I'm Done' will display a pop-up message confirming that the selected influencers are expected to fulfill their contract requirements, after which they should be compensated for their participation.

How does accepting or rejecting influencers affect future influencer selections?

  • The AI system learns from your choices, optimizing future outreach based on the profiles you accept or reject. Accepting an influencer will prompt the AI to find similar profiles, while rejecting teaches it to avoid similar ones.

What occurs if an influencer remains in the 'New Offers' section too long?

  • Influencers automatically get rejected if they stay in the 'New Offers' section for 6 weeks or longer. This is to inform them to move on to other campaigns.

How do I manage shipping products to influencers?

  • If shipping products directly, you can review the influencer's product selections and confirm their shipping address through their profile card. After shipping, enter the tracking code to update Lionize on the product's delivery status.

What about unique UTM links or promo codes for influencers?

  • Generate these before selecting influencers. Once selected, you can paste these codes into the designated area for each influencer, streamlining the process.
