When will I receive the product?

  1. If the campaign you’ve been selected for includes a physical product, you will receive your product once it has been shipped by the brand, you can view that here- 
    1. Log into creatoropportunity.com
    2. Scroll until you find the correct campaign.
    3. Click "View Content Tracker."

    4. You can view the ‘Package Status’ under ‘Progress Report’.
    5. If there are any shipping delays, you can message the brand directly using our in-platform chat feature.

  2. If your contract requires you to purchase the product yourself, you will be required to share proof of receipt with Lilly at lilly@creatoropportunity.com to receive your reimbursement amount.
